Laurine Bogaert has just been awarded the UTC Guy Dénielou thesis prize and the Bühler Food Engineering prize awarded during the twelfth workshop of the European Chemical Engineering Federation. The competition was tight, many were the candidates.
This doctoral work was financed by the French Oranization for Oilseeds and Pulses on the proposal of Terres Inovia and OLEAD. It was supervised by Eugène Vorobiev and Houcine Mhemdi of TIMR UTC in Compiègne.
